Tom Cruise Won't Be Pressing Charges Against Home Intruder. Tom Cruise has decided not to press charges against his neighbour who was caught trespassing on his property.

Jason Sullivan attempted to enter the Hollywood actor's mansion in Beverly Hills, before he was spotted by the star's security team and subsequently tasered and arrested by police.

The Australian model, who is residing at Tom's agent Kevin Huvane's house next door. apparently got the luxury pads mixed up after drinking too much alcohol.

However, Tom's lawyer, Bert Fields, told gossip new site TMZ that the 'Mission Impossible' actor has no plans to take legal action as he believes it was a simple mistake.

"Tom's not a vindictive guy. The guy was drunk. He didn't have a malicious intent," he said.

The neighbour was reportedly spotted by Tom's security team trying to scale a wall, before he was then tasered. The 41-year-old was later taken to a hospital, where he was treated for injuries related to the tasering.
